Are products kept in stock?
Most products are made to order. Blanks and materials are typically ordered after purchases are received or after the team-store ordering period closes.
How long will my order take?
Most orders require approximately 10–14 business days for production after the team-store ordering period closes.
Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Why does production begin after the store closes?
Waiting until the ordering period closes allows final quantities and sizes to be ordered together. This helps control costs, reduce waste and provide more consistent team-store pricing.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order-confirmation email should be sent after checkout. Check spam or junk folders when it does not appear.
Contact us when no confirmation is received and verify that the correct email address was used.
How do I choose the right size?
