Welcome to the Madera Coyotes Flag Football Team Store. This website and online store are operated by J’lynn’s Graphix, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “we,” “us”

or “our.”

By visiting this website, creating an account, submitting an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website.

1. Store purpose

The Madera Coyotes Flag Football Team Store offers apparel, accessories and spirit wear supporting the Madera High Girls Flag Football program.

Unless otherwise stated, products are independently produced and decorated by J’lynn’s Graphix. References to Madera High, MHS, Madera Coyotes or the flag football program are used in connection with the approved team-store collection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, materials and details accurately. However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

• Garment shades may vary slightly between production batches.

• Logo size and placement may vary slightly by garment size.

• Product photography and digital mockups are visual representations.

• Manufacturers may make minor changes to garment construction without notice.

Please review the complete product description and size information before ordering.

4. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Size charts are based on information provided by the garment manufacturer. Actual measurements may vary slightly. When between sizes, customers should consider the fit description and whether they prefer a fitted or relaxed fit.

Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged because the wrong size was selected unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in United States dollars.

Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout at the time an order is submitted will apply to that order.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees and other charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

A portion of eligible purchases may be returned to the Madera High Girls Flag Football program. The amount may vary by product and store agreement.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order because of:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

• Duplicate orders

• Production limitations

• Website or inventory errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Made-to-order products

Most team-store merchandise is produced after the ordering period closes or after the order is submitted.

Production begins according to the schedule stated on the product page or store announcement. Customers understand that made-to-order merchandise may not ship immediately.

8. Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as [WIX PAYMENTS, STRIPE, PAYPAL, SQUARE OR OTHER PROVIDER]. We do not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, card issuer or payment provider.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because many products are made specifically for this team store, most purchases are final sale except when an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly produced.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, including original graphics, mockups, photographs, layouts, descriptions and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to J’lynn’s Graphix unless otherwise stated.

School names, mascots and related marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any artwork, logo or design.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use the website to:

• Commit fraud or submit false information

• Interfere with website security or operation

• Upload malicious code

• Copy or commercially exploit website content

• Violate another person’s rights

• Attempt unauthorized access to customer or business information

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product involved, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses caused by your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Madera County, California, unless applicable law requires another location.

The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
