Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Please review product descriptions, color options and size charts carefully before ordering.

1. Made-to-order merchandise

Most Madera Coyotes Flag Football Team Store products are made specifically for each customer order.

Because of this, all made-to-order and decorated merchandise is considered final sale, except when the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly decorated

  • Different from the product, size or color ordered

2. Sizing issues

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available when the customer selects the wrong size.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product’s size chart and fit description before purchasing.

When an undecorated replacement garment is available, we may choose to offer a size exchange as a customer-service accommodation. This is not guaranteed and may require payment of:

  • Replacement garment cost

  • New decoration cost

  • Shipping charges

3. Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds because a customer:

  • Changes their mind

  • No longer wants the item

  • Dislikes the selected color

  • Expected a different fit after selecting the size

  • Missed an event or season

  • Purchased the same item elsewhere

4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Name used for the order

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the complete item

  • Close-up photographs of the defect or error

  • Photograph of the size label when relevant

Do not wear, wash, alter or attempt to repair the item before contacting us.

5. Available resolutions

After reviewing the claim, we may provide one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

The appropriate resolution depends on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Normal variations

The following are generally not considered defects:

  • Minor variation in logo placement

  • Minor color differences caused by screens or garment batches

  • Small differences between digital mockups and finished products

  • Natural texture or shade variation

  • Slight measurement differences within manufacturer tolerances

7. Cancellations and order changes

Order-change or cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once blanks, transfers, embroidery or other materials have been ordered or production has begun, the order cannot normally be canceled, changed or refunded.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the change can be made.

8. Approved returns

Do not return merchandise without approval.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back to the customer.

When a return is approved, instructions and the required return address will be provided. Products must be returned in the condition requested.

9. Refund timing

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Processing by us may take approximately 3–5 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from our error or a defective product.

10. Sale and clearance items

Sale, clearance, limited-release, personalized and discontinued products are final sale unless damaged, defective or incorrectly produced.
